In 2014 I became a qualified Yin Restorative/Yang Yoga teacher, having graduated with Simon Lowe at The Yoga Academy , one of the UK's top Yoga Teachers. I now specialise in Yin/Yang Yoga teaching small classes of up to six people in restorative Yin Yoga. I also offer one to ones for Absolute beginners to yoga to help build their self confidence before filtering into a normal Yoga class.An addition to our programme is working with clients with various medical conditions.

Louise began her studies as a Yoga Teacher and qualified in 2004. In 2006 Louise studied at the Bio Medical Trust in London completing a three year foundation course in Yoga Therapy from which she graduated with a Diploma

.Louise is a Member of The Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 and also Initiated Reiki 2 practitioner.Louise is the Manager of the centre and an integral part of our growing business, teaching over 10 classes per week, including restorative, hot yoga, yoga nidra and flow yoga. Louise is an asset to the studio and is extremely experienced in her profession .

I have been practicing and benefiting from yoga for more than fifteen years, absorbing it through many different styles. My desire is to maintain yoga's true authenticity and to show that everyone can benefit from yoga in mind, body and spirit. My classes are a welcoming space, accessible to all and my teaching style is gentle and supportive with an emphasis on flowing, meditative sequences guided by the breath.

I graduated from Avani Yoga Academy.

I am a qualified Vinyasa Flow, Astanga Vinyasa, Power and Yin yoga teacher. Having first started yoga for health reasons after being diagnosed with postal tanchycardica syndrome, a heart condition, I instantly felt the benefits of yoga both physically and mentally and never looked back. I think it is important to build strength and flexibility; as well as finding ease and relaxation in classes. I encourage students to approach yoga by listening to their bodies and doing what suits them best, this way the full benefits that yoga can bring to you can be found on and off the mat. My classes are designed to make you work hard and leave with a complete sense of peacefulness.
