FAQs
Hot Yoga is a form of Hatha or Power Yoga where students perform Yoga postures in a heated room.
Hot Yoga improves: Flexibility, Balance, Muscle tone, Concentration. It also flushes toxins from the body and increases metabolism, which helps increase weight loss.
Our infrared heating system ranges between 30 32°C.
The heat allows the body to stretch and bend more easily as your muscles are warm. Stretching leads to greater muscle strength and durability. The heat and humidity ensure an excellent cardiovascular workout and increase detoxification by sweating toxins from the body in a safe and rapid way.
Hot Yoga is for all levels of fitness, no matter how flexible or inflexible you are and regular Yoga practice will increase your flexibility. Yoga is accessible to anyone. It is non-competitive. You are working as an individual, focusing your mind and body on your posture, and concentrating on your breathing is one of the essences of practising the art of Yoga. The only equipment you need are your mind and body and the will to try! Our students range from beginners to people who practise Yoga regularly. If you have any particular medical conditions please make your teacher aware and they will adapt your poses accordingly. You do not have to be super-fit, lean and flexible to visit us!
